MARDIKA PROJECT OFFICER
NLR, is a professional organization working in the field of leprosy and disability in 16 leprosy endemic countries. Each year, around 219.000 people globally are diagnosed with leprosy. Indonesia ranks number 3, with relatively high disability rates. NLR, with its International Office in Amsterdam, has been supporting projects in Indonesia since 1967. The main partner of NLR is the Ministry of Health (MoH) and activities are aligned to MoH policies and priorities. At provincial level, the Leprosy Control Program Technical Advisors (LCTAs) are strengthening the capacity of the provincial and districs government’s health staff to improve the quality of leprosy services. Next to supporting leprosy control, NLR’s Inclusion and Disability program aims to support and advance holistic, community-based rehabilitation and sustainable inclusive development for persons with disabilities, including children with disabilities and people affected by leprosy.
The MARDIKA project (disability and leprosy friendly community) is one of the interventions that was successfully formulated by NLR Indonesia to achieve a zero-exclusion condition. The MARDIKA project is carried out in partnership with local-level organizations to achieve conditions of change in knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of beneficiaries, communities and stakeholders. More specifically, MARDIKA project approach and strategy consists of: (1) Increasing the capacity of target groups to be able to participate in development, (2) Evidence-based advocacy to realize the alignment of policy makers that leads to sustainable inclusive development, (3) Increasing public awareness that lead to paradigm change and acceptance, and (4) Network development through collaborative work.
Currently NLR Indonesia is looking for a candidate for following position:
MARDIKA PROJECT OFFICER
Based in Jakarta
MARDIKA project officer is responsible to provide proactive, accurate, timely and high-quality administrative work to the existing programs/projects and to ensure proper filing of all assigned program/projects in hard and soft copies. To provide assistance in ensuring that the administrative requirements of the program/projects are running in efficient and effective ways and adopt to changing and demanding circumstances.
Key Responsibility
• Develop project planning
• Coordination of the project-related activities
• Monitoring and evaluation project-related activities
• Networking, lobby and advocacy
• Administration work
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible in the project planning and implementation;
• Review and analyze grantee proposals and reports;
• Provide technical assistance to local authorities (LAs), civil society organizations (CSOs), and Disabled People Organization (DPO) as the project implementing partner;
• Perform monitoring & evaluation of the project;
• Sensitize and mobilize all stakeholders on inclusive participation;
• Develop network and partnership to relevant actors and stakeholders;
• Manage the activities & budget under his/her domain;
• Contribute to the development of project tools, project proposal, and reports;
• Manage project administrative and logistic needs of his/her domain;
• Assist with other tasks, as needed.
Key Requirements
• Persons affected by leprosy or with disability and woman are encouraged to apply,
• Experienced in developing and writing clearly and effectively: Workplan, TORs, reports, features, etc;
• Ability to speak and write in English; • Good understanding of results-based management and what this entails;
• Minimum 5 (five) years experiences in a similar position in an NGO and/or an International Organization;
• Experience working with DPO, including leprosy organization, or other civil society working in women and youth group issues;
• Experience in addressing the achievement of rights and inclusive development, with a preference for experience using the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the Sustainable Development Goals, and other national regulation;
• Used to work in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment;
• Proven to manage time efficiently;
• A team player and at the same time able to work independently;
• A problem-solver with ability to cope with pressure, mentoring skills, strong communication and networking skills; • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with various partners;
• Preference for Indonesian nationality;
• Bachelor degree in social studies, public health and other related development studies;

Suara untuk Indonesia Bebas Kusta (SUKA)/Voice for Indonesia Free from Leprosy is the multiyears project aiming at raising awareness of the public, specifically community in the endemic areas, health-related students, journalists, and private sectors about the topic of leprosy and its consequences.

She or he shall provide assistance in ensuring that the administrative requirements of the programme/projects fulfilled and running in efficient and effective ways. She or he shall also adopt to changing and demanding circumstances.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• To develop work plan and strategy of the implementation of the project with strategic/implementing partners;
• To provide ideas, inputs, review to the concepts of the activities in coordination with partners;
• To build relation and network with strategic partners eg. private sectors, campus, media in the measure of awareness raising on the topic of leprosy and its concequencies;
• To ensure that organization strategies are well implemented;
• To develop and compile administrative/paper work of the activities implementation (TOR, contracts, etc) as specified in the organisational manual;
• To prepare progress report and annual report of the project;

Kerangka Acuan Perusahaan/Agensi Pengadaan Barang Cetakan dengan Jasa Desain
NLR adalah sebuah organisasi non-pemerintah yang didirikan di Belanda pada 1967 untuk menanggulangi kusta dan konsekwensinya di seluruh dunia dengan tiga pendekatan yaitu zero transmission (nihil penularan), zero disability (nihil disabilitas) dan zero exclusion (nihil eksklusi). Saat ini NLR beroperasi di Mozambique, India, Nepal, Brazil dan Indonesia. Di Indonesia, NLR mulai bekerja pada tahun 1975 bersama Pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Pada 2018 NLR bertransformasi menjadi entitas nasional dengan maksud untuk membuat kerja-kerja organisasi menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Sama dengan Aliansi NLR Internasional, tagline NLR Indonesia adalah: Hingga kita bebas dari kusta.
Dalam upaya menyosialisasikan isu kusta dan konsekuensinya ke pihak-pihak terkait dan masyarakat luas, NLR Indonesia ingin memproduksi berbagai media komunikasi yang menyampaikan pesan, visi dan misi organisasi serta janji organisasi secara efektif dan tepat. Untuk keperluan ini, NLR Indonesia mencari perusahaan/agensi pengadaan barang cetakan dengan desainer grafis yang professional.

Tahapan kerja:
Dalam menjalankan jasa cetak dan desain ini, perusahaan/agensi harus mengikuti tahapan berikut ini:
• Konsep awal – berkoordinasi dengan Staf Komunikasi untuk mengetahui kebutuhannya
• Pemilihan Materi – memahami rencana produk cetak dan spec
• Desain – melakukan desain untuk membantu meningkatkan dan mempromosikan “brand” NLR Indonesia.
• Produksi – pencetakan dilakukan secara professional dengan hasil berkualitas prima
NLR Indonesia akan meminta desain master dari materi-materi yang dibuat (dalam bentuk Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, dll); materi ini merupakan Final Artwork.
NLR Indonesia bertanggungjawab untuk:
• Menginformasikan tugas yang akan dilakukan;
• Pengembangan narasi;
• Pengembangan materi media dan pesan; dan
• Peninjauan dan persetujuan dari materi yang dibuat.
Durasi waktu:
Kerjasama dengan perusahaan/agensi yang terpilih dilakukan untuk masa satu tahun. Detail waktu dan kebutuhan pengadaan barang/jasa tertentu dilakukan sesuai dengan masing-masing kegiatan, sejauh di dalam kurun waktu satu tahun.
Persyaratan
Memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 5 tahun dalam pencetakan materi komunikasi dan desain grafis untuk NGO, pemerintah, perusahaan maupun klien-klien tingkat nasional dan/atau internasional.
• Desainer grafis mampu mengoperasikan perangkat lunak desain dan animasi yang diperlukan.
• Mampu bekerja sesuai tenggat waktu yang disepakati.
